At True Vet Potential (TVP), we start with the right Veterinarian. Then we find the team while searching for the location and clinic. While this may seem odd, we are Veterinarians and know that everything starts with the right leader and support team.

The True TVP Difference

We could write a novel here, but our biggest differences are: 

• Ownership – Equity from day one making earning potential unlimited including majority ownership. We do not mandate a 51% ownership and are flexible on ownership percentages. 
• Autonomy – Veterinarians direct their own careers with the support and mentorship of TVP’s team which includes but is not limited to business training, clinical protocols, and an established backoffice that embraces technology. 
• Technology – Simplifying day-to-day tasks with the right tools and technology is imperative to running an efficient practice. TVP has tried and tested an array of business and clinical tools and we continue to do so. Our pursuit for TVP clinics never ends.

Where is the clinic located?

The location of our clinics are broadly undecided until we find the right team. Once the veterinary leader is found, we then search for a location that works for them and/or their team.

Who are the owners of TVP?

The Veterinarians and yes, this can include you! As noted above, we do not mandate 51% ownership.
