Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in, and use of any websites, platforms, or services provided by, the Future Practice Owners Society (collectively referred to as “the Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for, subscribing to, or maintaining a membership in the Society, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not become or remain a member of the Society. Please read these Terms carefully and regularly check for any updates or changes.
Scope of Membership
- Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Society is open to individuals interested in learning about, preparing for, and engaging in professional practice ownership. We reserve the right to accept or reject membership applications in our sole discretion.
- Member Obligations
As a member, you agree to:
- Comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.
- Provide accurate information during signup and promptly update any changes to your contact or payment details.
- Use member-only resources and tools responsibly, without unauthorized sharing or reproduction.
- Membership Dues: The Society may charge monthly, quarterly, or annual membership fees (“Membership Fees”). The exact fee, renewal schedule, and payment methods will be provided during the signup process.
- Automatic Renewals: Unless you cancel before the current term ends, your membership may automatically renew, and you authorize us to charge the applicable Membership Fees using the payment method on file.
- Cancellations: To avoid future charges, you must cancel your membership prior to the next billing cycle. See Section 10 for more information on cancellation.
Member Benefits and Services
- Access to Content: The Society may offer educational materials, guides, webinars, mentorship opportunities, externships targeting future business ownership, networking events, and other resources designed to help members plan or run future professional practices.
- No Guarantee of Results: The Society provides informational and educational content only. We make no guarantee regarding the success, performance, or outcomes that may result from applying the information or resources offered through membership.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- Informational Purposes Only
All materials, resources, and guidance provided through the Society are for general informational and educational purposes. You understand that any use of such materials is at your own risk, and you bear full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on this information.
- No Professional Relationship
Membership in the Society does not create a professional-client relationship. Any advice or recommendations provided through Society programs are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Accuracy and Completeness
While we strive to ensure the information we share is accurate and up-to-date, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. We will not be liable for errors, omissions, or any outcomes related to your reliance on the information provided.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Society and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your membership or use of the Society’s resources. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
- Non-Waivable Rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership
All Society-related content, including website designs, text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Society and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Permitted Use: Members may view and use the Society’s proprietary materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Prohibited Use: Members must not reproduce, distribute, display, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any Society content without express written permission.
- Trademarks
Any trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed through the Society that are not owned by us are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks without permission may violate the rights of the owner.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Collection and Use of Data
We may collect personal and professional information necessary for administering memberships. All data is collected, used, stored, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
- Compliance with Laws
The Society complies with applicable data protection laws, including relevant state and federal consumer protection statutes. If you reside outside the United States or in a jurisdiction with stricter data protection laws, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the state in which the Society is incorporated (and by the federal laws of the United States, as applicable), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Forum Selection
Unless otherwise required by law, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state where the Society is incorporated. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
- Arbitration Clause (Optional)
At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms to final and binding arbitration under the rules of an established arbitral organization.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Membership Cancellations, Modifications, and Updates
- Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting our cancellation page at my account or contacting us directly at FPOS@truevetpotential.com. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
- Modifications to Membership or Fees
The Society reserves the right to modify membership benefits, adjust Membership Fees, or introduce new fees upon giving members reasonable notice, typically via email and/or prominent notice on our website. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must cancel your membership before the changes take effect.
- Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website. Substantial updates may require members to re-confirm acceptance. Your continued membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
California Residents

No Waiver
Any failure by the Society to exercise any right or enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us (including our Privacy Policy and any Member Benefit guidelines), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Society regarding your membership. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
